PAIR OF ‘416’ EASY CHAIRS
A rare set of easy chairs with cushions in white leather, designed by Kho Liang Ie in 1959. At the time it was radical new with its slatted design and use of brushed steel. The plywood slats are finished with Jacaranda veneer. The reupholstered cushions in white leather remain in very good condition. The frame has very light traces of wear. Made by Artifort in The Netherlands.
